As a native of Westbrook, Minnesota, I am delighted to be part of the Service Consultant team at Lexus of Wayzata. I am passionate about providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and respected. With a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a deep understanding of hospitality, I am skilled at getting to know our guests and tailoring my approach to meet their unique needs. I believe in treating others as I would like to be treated, and I strive to create a comfortable and pressure-free experience. Outside of work, I am an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys football, wrestling, and track. I also find joy in woodworking and golfing, where I appreciate the precision and craftsmanship involved. Bob is always on time and very friendly. He’s prompt to return phone calls. He always gets down to business and tells me what he is going to do in servicing my car. He lets me now how long the servicing will take. He always personally comes to get me when my car is finished. Great guy with friendly smile!

My experience with Bob as my Lexus advisor is always excellent. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and kind. I travel over 100 miles for service, and he tries to have a loaner car available when possible, and if appropriate. I would highly recommend Bob.
