My overall experience with Brian Liepke was Fantastic. I have dealt wilh many service consultants in my 60 years of owning automobiles, including many Lexus consultants and their dealerships but none as good as Brian and Wayzata Lexus. Brian is the most congenial, helpful and knowledgeable consultant I have ever worked with. Brian listened to everything I had say. He handled every issue professionaly and to my satisfaction. Thank you for your help! Presently I have three Lexus autos and without hesitation, I will have Bryan and his maintenence team as my GURU consultant and Lexus of Wayzata as my Dealer

Brian was super easy to work with and very accomodating. I left my GX for service while I was on vacation, and he arranged to get the vehicle back to my home before my return. Nice guy!

Brian was a pleasure to work with! He walked me through the service that was needed on my car and gave me the timeline for the work. Fortunately the service department got to my car sooner than expected so that was nice.
