Brian is second to none, he makes you feel like you're family. Even if there's bad news on you're car he makes you feel that it will be OK.

Very good Brian went over my problem explained how they would determine the solution He kept me informed of what was found. When the problem was corrected and he took me to my car he went exactly what was done.

Brian called to update me on the service of my RX 350. He was very kind and always asked if I had any questions. He let me know what service was being done and the cost of that service. Such a nice guy who seems to enjoy his job.
