I’ve seen Ms Harris many times for my past 6 or 8 Lexus rentals over many years. Probably at least 4 to 5 or maybe 6 years and either 4 or 6 different cars. Every time my interactions have been professional, courteous, and efficient. All my services needed were completed as expected and on time. I would rate Ms Harris a highly efficient and provides a great service experience to my wife and I with our car service.

When I go in for service on my car I’m always excited to see Celeste! Never before have I ever been excited to take my car in for service because I’ve never trusted what service may say I need! But when I talk to Celeste I feel confident that what needs to be done is necessary!! She lets me know what can wait and what needs immediate attention. This allows me to budget my repair needs. Celeste will always search for discounts to save me money. When I bought my Lexus in 2014 I met Celeste and she has been my service representative since then. I have referred other friends to her even friends who decided to buy a Lexus because of the service I raved about. I’m warmly greeted as soon as I pull into the service bay, my car is cleaned and washed for me after the service, I’m able to get a loaner if service would interfere with my work day. All arranged ahead of time by Celeste! Needless to say I absolutely love the relationship I have with my service representative Celeste! I know I can pick up the phone and just call her!! What more can I say!! 🥰🥰
