DAN DID A GREAT JOB HELPING ME. Im not a fan of the Lexus service in general. This is a corporate strategy. I really got hosed with another Lexus dealership in Sarasota. Dan was very helpful

I was able to get a loaner car to continue my day on my own schedule. Very helpful.

Dan was great, handled things quickly and the process of getting an oil change and new battery was fine. From there, everything else is beyond annoying. Dozens of emails, texts, phone calls about "How earth shattering was your oil change at Lexus of Wayzata?" "Did Lexus of Wayzata cure your cancer by giving you an oil change?" "Did that new battery give you an orgasm too? Because we still can't get over how good it was." I bought a buy-one, get-one oil change from this marketing hell-hole last year and must have gotten 100 phone calls and voicemails over the following months begging me to pull just-the-tip of my car into their eager garage for my oil change that would soon be expiring despite not getting any information about my prepaid oil change expiring at the time of purchase. Now, because apparently I haven't been giving Lexus of Wayzata enough attention, I'm getting phone calls and emails about my manufacturer warranty expiring despite the fact that I purchased an additional warranty directly from the dealership when I bought the car. I've been considering buying another Lexus but at this point I think it would be easier to deal with and get past hepatitis than it would be the insatiable neediness of this marketing department.
