As a Seville, Spain native transplanted to Minnesota back in 1992, I bring a unique blend of hospitality and determination to my work at Lexus of Wayzata. With over two decades of experience in automotive sales, my focus has always been on providing exceptional service and fulfilling the needs of our valued guests. Beyond my professional pursuits, I like to stay active and engaged in the community. I enjoy playing the increasingly popular pickleball where I have even found my calling as an enthusiastic instructor. My love for gardening extends beyond my own backyard, as I am also an avid supporter of local green spaces. My dedication to the Lexus brand is evident in my achieving Lexus Master Certified status and consistently ranking among the top sales performers in the Lexus Central Area for several years. Yet, it is not just about closing deals; it's about creating lasting relationships built on trust, professionalism, and a genuine desire to assist others. My philosophy here at Lexus of Wayzata has always been to do my best and provide the best service to my guests. My background in Customer Service and Customer Relations have made me realize that you have to be approachable with your guests. It is all about the personal touch and the personal relationship when it comes to a business proposal. At Lexus, I always try to make the customer feel like a guest in my own home. Ignacio is, without question, the best customer service professional I have ever met. After an exhaustive 6-week search for a pre-owned vehicle, receiving pathetic customer service, I met Ignacio. He saw me, heard me, and presented me with four options on a Tuesday morning by phone. By 4:00 Tuesday afternoon, I chose my vehicle and closed the deal on Friday.
