To be fair, work and communication while vehicle at Lexus was great. Unfortunately, there was No follow through regarding issues arising after I paid and picked up vehicle. First was asking for invoice to be mailed or emailed. Never received. Second was that I couldn’t open trunk of vehicle after pick up. Emailed and texted Isak but no response. The trunk issue was not a problem when I dropped car off so something happened while there. Disappointing that I did not receive response. This is the opposite of the service I received from my Genesis dealership; called service manager and he responded within 24 hours and it was just a question regarding Apple carplay. I’m sharing this so Lexus knows that Genesis is your competition.

Overall, great. The 'fix' at the shop didn't solve the problem. Now I need to go back to undo what was done at the time. I don't expect the 'Internal Cab' air control to revert back to 'Recirculation' after I have turned it to outside air, but it appears to do that on its own! Funky Control! I don't like to have to turn the Recirculation control to Outside Air every time I enter the vehicle.
