About Joe
Hi! I'm Joe Spinello, a proud member of the Lexus of Wayzata New Car Sales Department. I have been with Lexus for 5 years, 4 of those being in our service department as a mechanic. I graduated from Dunwoody College of Technology with an Automotive degree. Early in my time at Dunwoody, I began my career with Lexus. While in the shop here, I became an ASE Lexus Certified Technician. I'm extremely passionate about delivering excellent service and hospitality to make you feel comfortable during your vehicle search. My technical knowledge, combined with my low-pressure approach, helps me guide you through the process. My mechanical background is extremely useful as I can answer any in-depth question you may have about our vehicles. With that, I have built the reputation of being able to find the perfect car for you. Born and raised in Minnesota, I grew up a hockey player, making me a huge Minnesota Wild Fan. In my time outside of work, you will find me on the golf course, rooting for our Minnesota sports teams or spending time with my amazing girlfriend. I enjoyed working with Joy very well. As I was very interested in the plug-in hybrid technology, as well as the all of the tech that is in the RX 450h+ I really appreciated Joe's knowledge and expertise, especially his experience as a tech and previous experience services the RX models. Our last Lexus was purchased in 2017 and technology within the cars now is ight years ahead our 2017 model. I appreciated the time Joe with prior to a test drive to go over everything I had questions on as well as pointing out things he thought I should be aware of. Overall, a wonderful experience working with Joe.

Joe went above and beyond to ensure I got the Lexus hybrid I wanted. Strangers have complimented me on the vehicle, with the black on black logo. I love the gas mileage on my Rx350 hybrid. I am averaging 45 mpg and have not had it on a road trip. This is my first Lexus. I had years of great experience with eden prairie nissan, and I was reluctant to leave them. Joe's ability to connect our shared experiences, and his history of working service and sales gave me confidence in my decision. Thank you again!
