Excellent. He was super easy and fun to work with, helped us to sort out exactly what we wanted in our car, quickly responded to any questions that came up after we had met with him, and worked to get us the car we wanted in a relatively short period of time.

Nathan was very helpful and professional as I explored Lexus plugin hybrid vehicles. He patiently answered my questions which was very helpful in making my choice of the NX 450h+ vehicle. Nathan and his manager also were flexible in working to find a vehicle that fit my color, trim and option choices. I would definitely work with Nathan again. Nathan came to me as a recommendation by service consultant Tom Bennett. I have trusted Tom for many years with my car and his recommendation of Nathan proved to be right as well. I had a very long lead time before I was ready to make the purchase, and Nathan was patient and understood my need for the process. He is an exceptional listener, explained all the features, options and reasons why customers would add certain options. I never felt that I was being "sold" a car, but collaborating on a sale. While I knew the model I wanted, Nathan talked through the different levels and we landed on what I ultimately bought based on his input. I had one particular need that was unusual and Nathan was respectful of it, and found a way to work out a solution where I was happy with it. Any customer that has the opportunity to work with Nathan will be pleased not only with their new vehicle but the sales experience as well.
