Nathan was tremendous throughout the purchase process. He kept me up to date for the last year regarding the date that the new ES would be available. He carefully showed me the cars that were coming in and allowed me to eliminate some port options that I didn't need. I never felt any pressure. He is very knowledgeable about the Lexus products and always found answers to my questions. We also purchased my wife's RX from Nathan.....with the same great experience.
