About Peyton
Hi, I'm a Lexus Delivery/Technology Specialist at Lexus of Wayzata, just shy of a year in this role. Before that, I had experience in the auto industry. I'm from Robbinsdale, a Robbinsdale Cooper High School grad. My focus is on making sure customers feel comfortable and confident with their new Lexus. I take my time explaining the technology, tailoring the experience to each person’s learning pace. Whether it's a quick overview or a more in-depth session, I’m happy to schedule additional time if needed. Seeing those happy smiles after a successful explanation is really rewarding. I’m patient and dedicated to guiding customers through their vehicle's features. Even if there are other tasks, I prioritize the customer’s needs while I'm with them. I enjoy building rapport, often striking up conversations about sports (Go Packers and Suns!), pets, or travel. Basically, I’m easy to chat with. Outside of work, I enjoy relaxing, hanging out with friends, and traveling. I’ve been told I'm good at assembling things without instructions – even some people call me a "dog whisperer!" I made the honor roll in school, and I’m a big fan of Marvel and DC comics.
