Russell was wonderful to work with! Very communicative before I even got to the dealership, without putting on the pressure. He answered questions I had about a vehicle I saw online and kept me up to date on its status until I could come in. When I came in to test drive it, he was great. The test drive went well and we got to the negotiations. I was expecting a long round of back and forths, but when I told him the number I wanted to be at, he came back the first time and was below it! I couldn’t believe it - it saved so much of the anxiety and pressure of the multiple rounds and haggling. He was very helpful and kind and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle!
