My overall experience with Russell was excellent. Russell was extremely knowledgeable and transparent, genuinely interested in myself, my family, and what I was looking for in a vehicle. He was not pushy but instead was interested and accommodating. I was able to test drive a vehicle, and amazingly we were able to find a loaner vehicle I had previously used and loved, and ended up purchasing. I felt at ease, I had a great time, and both myself and my family really enjoyed our day at Lexus. I already told Russell that next time I need a vehicle I only want to work with him.
