I brought my car in on May 6 to have my winter tires removed and a new set of summer tires installed, and once again, I was reminded why I trust Tom’s advice about my car completely. He got me an incredible deal on my new tires. I was so surprised and am still very appreciative! He (& the tech) also figured out why one of my winter tires had a slow leak. A nail. I also appreciated the time Tom took, on a busy day, to walk through several repair issues my car needs. One of them is a leak that will eventually require removing the engine to repair, making it an expensive repair. Since I plan to keep my car long-term but wasn't prepared to tackle the pair right now, Tom thoughtfully helped me prioritize everything. He recommended taking care of three of the needed repairs now, waiting on two others, and addressing them at the same time as the major leak repair sometime within the next year. I appreciated his honesty and practical advice instead of feeling pressured into doing everything immediately. To make things even easier, Tom arranged a loaner car for me while the repairs were being completed so I wouldn't have to spend more time waiting at the dealership. I was telling my sister about the experience afterward, and she said, "Wow.. he really takes care of you." And she's absolutely right. Excellent service, honesty, kindness, and someone who genuinely looks out for his customers - Tom Bennett!
